"Selection" is a regime that any society could not avoid, which providesindividuals an access from the lower classes to upper classes of the society, and theearliest and perfect selection is the “imperial competitive examination” which wasrelatively improved according to the different age appeals. In the21st century, the agepresents a much more higher request on the education--the cultivation of the mastergraduate students has become a top priority, according to statistics from ministry ofeducation, there are1.656million candidates confirmed to attend the2012graduaterecruit across the country, this is145000people more than that of2011, and achievingthe highest scale since2010. The cultivation of the master graduate problem becomesthe focus of the society, to settle this problem is of great significance to guarantee andpromote our country’s economic construction and to cultivate the high-quality talents,and which the master graduate students of liberal arts’ selection problem is much moreoutstanding.To deal with the selection problem of the master graduate students of liberal arts,we must start from the goal, the process and the results to solve the following threequestions:First of all: how to identify the different type and requirement of the mastergraduate students of liberal arts? This problem is based on the graduate students’cultivation target. Base on the theory of "ice quality model", this paper uses thequestionnaire survey and empirical analyze on the questionnaire results to get thequality model of the master graduate students of liberal arts and finally establish thequality model of the master graduate students of liberal arts as reexamine identificationstandard, and this paper innovatively introduces the personnel assessment technologywhich is used in the recruitment of the enterprises into the reexamine of the mastergraduate students of liberal arts, and obtained the basic quality of the master graduatestudents of liberal arts, so as to achieve the purpose of distinguish the types andrequirements of the master graduate students of liberal arts.Secondly: what kind of the master graduate students of liberal arts reexamine isscientific and reasonable? From the perspective of profit and cost, when maximizing theprofit, how to reduce the cost is very important, so this paper study on the process ofthe master graduate students of liberal arts’ reexamine combined with the high colleges and subjects, with the invariable basic frame of “written examination+interview”,according to the master graduate students of liberal arts’ cultivation target adjust thecontent and form of the written examination and interview, such as to join thepsychological and political quality test into the written exam. Finally we establish andimprove a personnel assessment system matching with the quality model to guaranteescientificity and rationality of the reexamine.Finally: is the designed reexamine based on the theory practical? This problem isto test feasibility of the master graduate students of liberal arts. From another angle, theidea of this paper is: from the reality to the theory, and then through the questionnairesurvey we return to reality again, and finally we explore the "practical question" in thedesigned reexamine of the master graduate students of liberal arts combined with thereality and theory. Therefore, the conclusion of this research has a high feasibility.Through the settlements of these three questions, this paper reviews and empiricalstudies on the reexamine of the master graduate students of liberal arts and finally thispaper optimize the following aspects of structure,content and technique of there-examination, and this could be the reference to high colleges’ selection of the mastergraduate students of liberal arts.
