The impact of visual culture in the current environment into the tide, peopleforget traditional culture, resulting in lack of attention to outstanding cultural heritage,more difficult to be inherited. Now, the new curriculum reform to the art of teachinghas brought new opportunities, with clear spiritual direction, teaching combined withthe community, combined with student life. With the development of qualityeducation, curriculum reform, curriculum development and utilization of resourceshas become a fine arts education to the majority of teachers in the process of teachinga new subject." High school art curriculum standards," pointed out:"extensive use ofoutside resources and a variety of courses as well as the use of natural resources andsocial life on campus resources for teaching art." Teachers teaching in the normalcourse of practice, but can play their enthusiasm and initiative, and fully tap the localcultural resources. With the wide spread of lifelong education, the concept ofconstantly updated curriculum, the curriculum has not only refers to classroomteaching, can be extended to extra-curricular. Development and use of these excellentlocal resources to supplement and perfect the art of the existing education system,effectively promote the art of smooth new curriculum reform, training of studentswith aesthetic qualities, heritage and promote the country’s excellent national culture.As a national historical and cultural city of Tai’an, has a rich cultural heritage,local cultural resources are very rich, these resources can be applied to the artthrough the transformation of teaching, the scope of this study was to define thescope of Tai’an, Tai’an areas of cultural resources carried out a detailed screening,screening for local art art teaching resources. In this study, induction and multi-levelanalysis, investigation and theory with practice and other methods of data collection,first proposed the local resources into the meaning of art teaching, this is the call ofnational policy, but also the quality of education and diversity educationrequirements. Then local resources Tai’an filter, select the Mount as the main localarts and cultural resources, the history of Chinese calligraphy as an art of Tai stone,should be incorporated into teaching art appreciation in high school, and this wasalso the innovation of this study. Finally, the method using the local art resources onart materials to make the appropriate sound, focusing on art as a human resourcesthat teachers should give full play to their talents, not only directly involved in theteaching of teachers and curriculum resource development and use of those.
