Study On The Problem Of Employment For The Students Who Graduated From Xi’an Physical Education University

The research what the object are2010,2011two graduates of our college. First, through the study for the graduates and the employers, search the status of the supply and demand, analysis of the main factors affecting the employment of graduates of the Physical Education, the purpose of the study is that supply the guide for the students who are learning in our college; Second I wish the graduates of our college are better able to adapt to the current employment environment, improve their employment competitiveness,ultimately improving the quality of employment; Again, I hope the result of the study could supply some references for the reform of our college’s curriculum.In this study, through literature, questionnaire, interview, mathematical statistics and logical analysis of the integrated use of analysis and research, considered the reality, to draw strategies, conclusions and suggestions.The main conclusions of this study:1.The employment rate of our college’s graduates is high, but the employment satisfaction is low, mainly reflected in the graduates’ employment expectations and the actual employment situation conflicts.2.The problems of occupation career goal specificity is not strong and lack of planning for the future occupation are important which had happened in our college’s graduates. The second, lacking of correct understanding of the form of employment and utility view of employment are also the influence factors for their concept of employment.3.Poor social practice experience,poor expression ability, and narrow range of knowledge become the main influence factors of graduates employment.4.Employers’personnel orientation and gender concept is an objective factor in the employment.5.Social needs of graduates and quality requirements increase mainly reflects the requirements to improve in overall quality of the graduates.6.Hospital employment service system is not perfect, and career guidance departments did not give full play to its educational.7.School physical education professionals fitness exists a lack of training programs and social needs, with a certain lag.8.Society at the present stage employment system and job market imperfect, is an important objective factors affecting the employment of graduates.According to the research, to our hospital in the employment of graduates work I put forward the following suggestions: 1.The guidance of employment of our student studying in school should last stage of always, through the school education, so that the students set up the correct values, corrected, clear oneself is actual, improve the quality of employment.2.Our students should been strengthen their career planning of coaching work, make them to move toward a society to establish correct when the career planning.3.According to the employing units generally attention to the practice ability, thecurrent situation of our hospital should further improve the course structure, improve the practice, practice related courses, thus improving the students’practical ability, for them to social gain experience.4.Government should intensify the implementation of incentive policies, and step up publicity to eliminate gender discrimination in the concept of the employer.5.Hospital should be based on the social development status, combined with the characteristics of the regional economy and the College itself, scientific and rational way to develop physical education professional developmentobjectives and curriculum system..6.On the basis of the current employment guidance, hospital should give full play to the functions of the career guidance sector, establish a sound employment service system, to focus mainly by the publicity transferred to the service-based, really good job of graduatesemployment services to protect.7.Hospital should be according to the laws of the socio-economic development and market demand overall arrangements for enrollment plan and expand enrollment.8.countries should implement to encourage employment policy at the same time, pay attention to the improvement of the employment system and labor marketfor the graduates of the escort.
