With the rapid development of economic,the demand for technical talentsincrease quickly,industrial restructuring and upgrading to become a consensus,vocational training industries have sprung up everywhere,become one of theimportant sunrise industry to promote China’s economic development. However,because of the vocational training industry in China started late, result the studying inthis area still late, few results obtained. The Government has not given sufficientattention in this regard, so it results many problems, cohabitation in the trainingindustry, training information is not smooth, especially in information between theparties there is a serious asymmetry phenomenon, Such as the many traininginstitutions are likely to use their information advantage to the behavior of speculativedeception trainees, long it goes on, the entire training industry will lose its credibility,and mortality in the cradle. Therefore it is necessary to study the vocational trainingindustry on the perspective of information asymmetry, In order to identify problemsand propose appropriate policy to make some contribution to the healthy developmentof China’s vocational training industry.This article is divided into five parts. The first part, on the vocational trainingindustry in China the problem of information asymmetry in the background andsignificance, Collection of literature and describes the research status, then furtherelaborate the contents of this study, methods, priorities, difficulty and innovation point.The second part, defined the theory and concepts that covered in this article, Includethe asymmetric information theory, and it bring the adverse selection and moralhazard theory, and the game theory; Definition include labor and vocational training.The third part, summarize and describe the current status quo of China’s vocationaltraining industry, involved the development, the information asymmetries between theparties and so on. The forth part, In-depth and detailed research on government,training institutional training and corporate training under the conditions ofasymmetric information, and establish an appropriate model to quantitative research,point out the problems and solve them. The fifth part, conclusions and policyrecommendations, according to the previous analysis and research, forms a finalconclusion, and proposes coherent policy recommendations to address and improvethe asymmetric information problem in the vocational training industry.
