Model Construction And Empirical Research On Labor Attraction Of Urban Information Industry

With the continuous evolution of China's urbanization process,supported by infrastructure such as transportation and Internet,the interaction between cities and the spatial connection are constantly strengthened.For example,the Yangtze river delta city group,the pearl river delta city group,the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei city group and so on.In this study,40 cities in the three urban agglomerations were selected as research samples,and cities were taken as independent research units to calculate the attractiveness of the information industry of each city.Moreover,the dimensional analysis of urban agglomerations was carried out to find the spatial connection between different cities in attracting labor force in each urban agglomeration.This paper on the three major regional information industry labor overall size is analyzed,found that overall,the information industry existing workforce is on the rise,rise significantly different between regions,Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region from 2014 to 2015 listed,trend is obvious on the pearl river delta,2016-2017,the Yangtze river delta region for the past five years has been a trend of steady rise.The education structure of the labor force has been gradually optimized,with the proportion of employees with bachelor's degree or above rising steadily,and the number of employees with doctor's degree or above gradually increasing.Within the range of sample data,the information industry has played a role in improving the employment structure.Compared with traditional industries,such as agriculture,forestry,animal husbandry,fishery,manufacturing and finance,where the labor force is gradually decreasing or slowly increasing,the labor force of information industry presents an extremely obvious rising trend.Within the range of sample data,the information industry has higher attractiveness,which to some extent promotes population employment.On the basis of constructing evaluation index system to measure of city information industry attractiveness,found attractive city information industry by the city and the information industry base environment,social security and personal development,elements of urban living environment three aspects,from the overall look at the pearl river delta region of city information industry the highest appeal,appeal is relatively high,the Yangtze delta and the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region attraction is generally low,from the time dimension,three regional city information industry attractiveness volatility rising trend.Then in information industry attractiveness of city level measurement by Moran index on the basis of analysis of correlation inspection,found that attractiveness of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region cities' information industry base were positively correlated,higher appeal the two cities of Beijing,Tianjin appeal to some extent,affects the surrounding areas,but the effect is not obvious;The attraction of information industry to labor force in the Yangtze river delta is positively correlated in regional space,and the result is significant.There is no obvious correlation between the attractiveness of information industry in the cities in the pearl river delta,and the labor force will gather in Dongguan,Guangzhou,Shenzhen and Zhuhai to a greater extent.Using SDM model,this paper analyses the three main factors affecting urban information industry attractiveness,found the base environment of the information industry and information industry city attraction has great contribution to the index value of the rise in the region growth of information industry attractiveness have obvious effect,at the same time will have certain negative indirect effect on the surrounding areas.The indicators related to social security and personal development have much less influence on the attraction of urban information industry,and there are obvious spillover effects in the range of samples.The contribution of urban living environment to the attraction of urban information industry is also relatively obvious,and the direct effect of this factor is more obvious.
