Objective To form a nursing professional degree graduate cultivation with the specific implementation plan which is more scientific systematic and operational. To provide reference of the ways and means for nursing professional degree graduate cultivation.Methods On the basis of the literature review and expert interviews, developing an initial semi-structured questionnaire.Thirty-three experts were interviewed by letters or email. A modified Delphi method was used.Results After two letter of inquiry, form a centralized trend in all aspects of training aim, training mode and personnel training quality sandards. In the two letter of inquiry, for the training aim, more than 90.0 percent experts supported to the quality, ability that professional degree graduate students had; The focus of cultivation, experts believed that in addition to clinical care capacity, they should have the nursing research and education ability; 88.9 and 100.0 percent of experts thought the primary role was advanced clinical practice nurse; 87.5 and 87.1 percent of the experts thought it was necessary to contact professional degree graduate training with professional qualification examination of specialist nurses. For the cultivation mode, experts tended to enroll the graduated registered nurses who had some work experience;experts supported to clinical practice-based training mode and tended to set up dual-mentoring model.90.6 and 93.8 percent of the experts considered that it was necessary to conduct an interim evaluation, and thought graduation assessment could take the form of clinical comprehensive examination and dissertation. Clinical comprehensive examination related to the theory, the specialist skills to operate, thesis stressed the importance of nursing practice that based on the use of the theory and professional knowledge to solve clinical practice problems.Conclusions For the training of Nursing professional degree graduates, the training process should highlight the clinical practice, the assessment should focus on the clinical nursing practice capacity, at the same time, it is recommended to adopt the dual tutorial mode based on the current master degree nursing instructors, especially clinical instructors play an important role in training clinical nursing ability. The opinion of experts reach a basic agreement, providing the basis for building nursing professional degree graduate training program.
