In the traditional advanced education, Schools usually regard teaching practice as a complement to theoretical teaching, to explain and prove the relevant knowledge involved in theoretical teaching. The part of practice is scattered and disarrayed with no systematic consideration to the continuity of teaching practice.This will discourage students’creativity and innovation.However, this situation is being improved and perfected.At present, the government has anacted a series of policies and documents to encourage and support the construction and improvement of the teaching practice conditions, and repeatedly stress the need to improve students’creativity, practice ability and employability. Especially after the implementation of the policy of teaching evaluation, teaching administration is becoming more and more mature. The current plans, namely, the program of training excellent engineers and the program of training college students’innovation and entrepreneurship, by means of the mode of university-enterprise cooperation and a series of innovative projects, focus on both the development of students’innovation spirit, engineering quality, the ability of engineering practice and the improvement of students’innovative ability,research ability and employability. These measures greatly encourage colleges and universities to attach importance to teaching practice, continuingly increase financial and material resources to improve teaching management and teaching system.This article, in accordance with three different design backgrounds or philosophy, designed three practical teaching systems, through analysis and comparison, drawing on references from the actual situation of Zhongyuan University of Technology practice teaching departure, and according to the actual teaching needs and circumstances, through the integration of practical teaching resources, a reasonable set of teaching and the final design of the program of practical teaching system is characterized by three systems, four levels and eight modules. The program’s structure and improvement can effectively improve the overall quality of students and practice, entrepreneurship, innovation capacity,and realize our school "basis, wide caliber, high quality,ability"of advanced applications training requirements to lay a foundation.
