Research On The Quality Assurance Of Sino—Canada Cooperation In Running Higher Education Institutions And Programs

Internationalization of higher education has been a developing trend in the world wide. International cooperative education has become the important content of higher education service trading, most countries have relatively taken measures in this field. After our successfully entering WTO, more and more foreign higher education has been trying for entering into our higher education service market. In recent years, Sino-Canadian cooperation in running schools of higher education presents the trend of accelerated development. However, as the rapid development of the scale, quality problems are becoming increasingly concerned about the cause of their all walks of life. How to ensure the correct direction of Sino-Canada cooperation in running higher education institutions and programs? How to introduce a truly high-quality educational resources, how to prevent the introduction of low-level redundant educational resources? How to strengthen the management of admissions, fees, teaching, student management, certification, etc.? How to curb poor-resource Canadian higher education institutions offering education that is not qualified. These problem make us have to research on the quality assurance of Sino-Canada cooperation in running higher education institutions and programsThis paper analyzes the generation and the reasons of the rapid development of Sino-Canadian higher education cooperation in running schools, and combed the course of the development of Sino-Canadian cooperation in higher education.On the basis of interviews, a combination of two cases of Sino-Canadian cooperation in running hfgher education to analyze its quality assurance.Internal quality assurance system can be divided into input protection and process protection, output protection of three subsystems. External quality assurance system can be divided into macro-quality management system, composed of four subsystems of the system of social research and consulting services, foreign supervision and guidance systems, external quality assessment system.
