With the development of society and advancement of human beings, in the modern word,people gradually learn about English’s crucial role in the commuicative process, According to the new social situations,Education must make a rapid progress.Especially for English teaching in Junior School,because English-learning in Junior School is very important for students.therefore English teaching model aims to not only make students grasp the basic English and develop students’abilities of listening speaking reading and writing but also to prepare for further study e.g. go to high schools or to the universties, For that reason we must take some reforms in the English teaching model aspect.to reform English teaching concept,to arouse the students’ interests in English,to train the students self-teaching abilities, to improve students’ English, to cultivate their practical abilities,to devolop students’ intercommunion compentence, to devolop student’s positive emotions and positive attitudes so that we can achieve this Englsh teaching model in many ways and get good grades in English.The paper studies the theoretical bases of the interaction cooperation English teaching model from the educational phychological and sociological aspects, Meanwhile the author elaborates the concept of the interactive cooperative English model for Junior English. and the model is divided into three gradations.that is to say, it includes the three gradations--before class(teacher-teacher interaction and cooperation,students’ preview) while class(teacher-student interaction and cooperation, student-student interaction and cooperation)after class(student-student interaction and cooperation,and parents-school interaction and cooperation,)The author analyzes the characters in mentality and learning of students in junior schools that makes the model have specialty,so following the principles of the model is essential, which improves student’s practical abilities and comprehensive abilities and incarnates that students are playing important roles in studying process.As for this paper,the author studies it in Class Two and Class One of Grade Two in Gangcheng No.8Middle School in Wuhan by combining the theoretical bases and practical experiences through research methods e.g.literature consultation,questionnaire consultation with English teachers, comparison research and so on, It took the author half a year to teach the students’ English using the interactive cooperative English teaching model.By adopting the intertactive and cooperative English teaching model and analyzing the data of the survey,the conclusion can be reached that this model can accelerate to learn English.and show the efficacy of the teacher’s teamwork,develop the students’ abilities.What’s more, it attracts the students’parents to focus on their kids’ English learning. It’s good for the school and teachers. In a word, the author hopes that this paper can provide English teachers in junior school with reference and instruction in practice.also hopes it can help the research of the English teaching model and help develop student’s communicative competence.
