In order to adapt to elementary,local culture and the development of primary school Chinese curriculum need,to better implement the "basic education curriculum reform(trial)"(2001)proposed "national,local and school three-level management courses",the instrumental and humanism,this paper based on the language discipline focus on local culture of the Chinese curriculum construction,trying to explore minnan traditional culture in the primary school Chinese curriculum resources development and utilization of the underlying value.Firstly,in the introduction,the paper expounds the research background and significance,defines the core concepts,summarizes the domestic and foreign research and explains the research methods.Traditional culture curriculum resources in southern fujian refer to the resources with their own characteristics,which are generated and developed in southern fujian.Developing and utilizing the curriculum resources of traditional culture of minnan in primary school has the significance of enriching the teaching resources of primary school Chinese,facilitating the professional development of teachers,inheriting the traditional culture of minnan and providing reference for the development and utilization of local curriculum resources.The author mainly adopts the method of literature research and investigation.Most of the literature reviewed is about the traditional culture of southern fujian,the traditional culture in primary school teaching and the research on the development and utilization of the curriculum resources of local culture and Chinese.Secondly,the author summarizes the nature,value,type and development and utilization principle of the curriculum resources of traditional culture in minnan.Minnan culture primary school Chinese curriculum resources with words,intertextuality,cordiality and availability,the curriculum,teaching,culture and humanistic value,the main types include minnan dialect,scenic spots,folk customs,art,literature,celebrities,insist on development and utilization of priority,suitability,the principle of openness as well as the language.Then,the paper investigates the development and utilization of the curriculum resources of traditional culture in minnan primary school.Through questionnaire survey and interview with teachers and students of many primary schools in minnan region,it is found that in the development and utilization of traditional cultural Chinese curriculum resources in minnan,there are problems such as scattered and superficial development and utilization,lack of strong support from various sides and professional teachers.Then,the author makes a strategic study on the problems found in the investigation.1.Resource survey,establishment of curriculum resource database;Ii.Resource analysis and development of strategies for in-depth research;Iii.Resource planning and establishment of coordination and sharing mechanism;Fourth,the use of resources,the construction of professional teachers.Finally,the case design of the development and utilization of the curriculum resources of traditional culture in minnan is carried out.Based on the analysis of teaching materials and learning situation,this paper conducts case design research from five aspects: literacy and writing teaching,reading teaching,writing teaching,oral communication teaching and comprehensive learning.Such as reading teaching "minnan couplets","middle ancient pronunciation reading tang poetry","minnan tongue-discontinuous text reading" case design.
