Research Of The Distribution Of Residual Claim And The Competitive Advantageof Tourism Economy In National Minority Regions

With the support of Residual Claims Theory, this paper would like to do someresearch about the distribution of resudual claim and the competitive advantage inthe development tourism economy in Ruyuan YAO ZU Autonomy Country. Usingthe case analysis. After analyzing the effect of the distribution of residual on itstourism economy and competitive advantage, beliving that the residual claims playan important role in the competitive advantage during the development of tourismeconomy. So it should promote the tourism economy by allocating the residualclaims rationally. So the result of research will provide some suggesstion for thedevelopment of the tourism economy in national minority region in our country.This paper consists of4chapters.Chapter1. General introduction. Introducing the background, significance,method and innovation of this paper.Chapter2. Literature research. On the basis of the theories of Redidual Claim andCompetitive Advantage, rearrangements and comments about related literaturehave been made, there are4parts:1. The research about concept, role anddistribution rules of the residual claim;2.The research about concept, sources andthe role of competitive advantage;3. The research about competitive advantage oftourism economy in national minority regions and the distribution of residual claim.Chapter3. Case analysis. Making some research on tourism economy of twotourist attractions of Ruyuan YAO ZU Autonomy Country that effect from thedistribution of residual claim to the competitive advantage. Making acomprehensive analysis of effect from the developers, government, area performers,individual operators and local people to the competitive advantage.Chapter4. Conclusions, Suggesstions，Limitation and Further research. Based onthe above analysis, finding that the development of tourism economy is greatlyinfluenced by the distribution of residual claim, and the growth of tourism economyis a product of joint actions from all parts of participant related policies. So, thedistribution of the Residual Claims should be reasonable during the development oftourism economy.
