The transfer of intellectual skills is a kind of important learning ability ,at the same time itis the focus in the field of education, however, the transfer of intellectual skills is confined toteaching situation based symbolic representation in the traditional teaching methods ,whichmade the transfer of knowledge to extensive situation. Now, the emergence of educationalgames open up a new way to solve this problem. As a new method of learning, Game-basedlearning has been widely used to solve many education problems in the field of education.Educational game has powerful simulation function,students who use intellectual skills forplaying game and solving problems can realize the widely transfer of intelligence skill.Therefore, it is very valuable for the design of educational game online to promote the transferof intellectual skills.According to the purpose and context, there are follow aspects based on the methods ofliterature analysis, case studies and game design:(1) Research base of the design of educational game online to promote the transfer ofintellectual skills. Starting from the elements of intellectual skills and the transfer of intellectualskills, the paper describes the theoretical basis and technical basis and then with the integrationof the theories, finds the basis for learning tools and pave the way for the followinginstructional design framework, combines the method of the game design theory andframework modules, and seeks the ways and means of put the transfer of intellectual skillstheory into the game design. This research provides the theoretical support for the design anddevelopment of educational games online.(2) The construction of instructional design framework for educational games online.Under the guidance of the model of teaching of the transfer of intellectual skills, the model ofstudent-centered -based instructional design, with the theory of the game design, put forward ainstructional design framework for the learning tool.(3)The systemic designs for education games online. Use the object-oriented software design methods to analyze the objectives and principles of the design of learning tool. After aseries of processes, including needs analysis, general design, detailed design and practicedesign of learning tool make the practice model.(4) The development of application examples. Based on the system design methods andsoftware design methods, this paper develop instances on the Flash and Dreamweaverdevelopment platformAfter a series of studies, papers obtained the following results.(1) Come to the instructional design framework for the education games online. Start fromthe transfer of intellectual skills theory, educational game theory and the combination of thesetheories, the design of the instructional design framework should include learning goalsanalysis, learner analysis, the creating of learning situation and games-based learning.(2) Come to the software design model of Games-based Learning. Starting from theobject-oriented software design and combining with instructional design framework for thelearning tools that have been raised, build the general practice model of learning tools. Thendivide the system into modules and detail the practice design of the various elements ,whichenriches the practice model of learning tools and paves the way for the tool development.(3) Development of application examples. Applying the theoretical models and softwaremodels, design instances examples to verify the feasibility of the model.In this study, paper combines the transfer of students Intellectual Skills and educationalgames, games-learning, design and develop a learning system. In the design stage of thegame-based learning system, adding a textual description of works module and learningevaluation module, learners can develop their own writing ability to express ideas, while thetool can provide evaluation basis so that students can get timely feedback to timely modify theirown learning methods to achieve better learning results.Due to the limit of technology, the development for the module of the learning tools is notin place, so the future research work will focus on the further improvement of the function ofeach module of the learning tools.
