Student is an independent individual, and between them are vastly different. For eachstudent’s development level is not the same ,their understanding of the same thing is alsodifferent.This difference between them is the premise of making the cooperation between thestudents.Besides teachers are not a panacea, they can not impose everything on students .As ateacher one should be aware of students’ interest, and help them to cultivate their interest , so thatthey develop the habit of lifelong sports.This requests our teacher to establish a brand-neweducation teaching concepts on the basic of mastering the laws of education so that student’sindividuality and hobby obtains free and all-round development. Letting the students form agood study habit, by means of regarding the study as a kind of need, the classroom as theirlearning paradise, the teachers as their friends, thus forming a kind of democratic, happyteaching atmosphere.The cooperative teaching method letting the student obtain knowledge onthe basis of a full manifestation of cooperation, equality, democracy, freedom, giving full play tostudents’ subjective initiative and creativity, arouse the enthusiasm of thinking, enhance learningmotivation; and individuals to articulate their views of others at the same time, improve thequality of their thinking, also observed the emotions of others, so as to effectively learn. Studentsin this process and establish an atmosphere of psychological compatibility among students, allowstudents to pay attention to each other between the interpersonal; teachers in promotingdemocratic teaching in teaching, their active participation in teaching and willing to research,diligent, and published at their point of view and communicate and teachers,This teachingmethod perceives the whole process of teaching as a understanding activity that the teachers andstudents construct together and provides students with a mutual respect, mutual understandingeducation platform based on scientific view of communication, enabling teachers as well asstudents to get a full and free development.This article has carried on the teaching experiment in Shandong Normal UniversityChangqing Campus, and has selected two classes of School of Mathematical Sciences andSchool of Management to take the experimental subject, each class of altogether 60 people.In this article many methods which mainly contained the Literature Material Law, the ExpertInterview Law, the Questionnaire Survey, the Mathematical Statistics Method, the ExperimentalResearch and the Contrast Analysis Method and so on were adopted to analyse the feasibility ofthe implementation of the cooperative teaching method in University female students publicaerobics and through the the form of experiment confirmed the superiority and effectiveness ofit.The author has obtained certain data through the teaching experiment,also through the dataanalysis, draws the following several conclusions.First, the cooperative teaching method isadvantageous to the motor skill improvement; Second, the cooperative teaching method canenhance the students’satisfaction to the teaching and increase students’ enthusiasm of study;Third, the cooperative teaching method can enhance students’study interest and correct theirstudy attitude ;Fourth, the cooperative teaching method can enhance the class internal cohesiveforce and improve the relationship between students. In the cooperative process, the majority ofstudents responded that they learned to accept others’ opinions, to appreciate others and to listenrespectfully to other people,making their relations closer; Fifth, the cooperative teaching methodcan enhance student’s cooperative skill, ability to analyze the problem, thus enhances theteaching effect.Through the exploration of the selected topic-the experimental study of cooperativeteaching method in university female students public aerobics theoretically provides a new fieldand direction for the implementation of the college public physical education;practicallyprovides guidance for the universities physical education teachers in completing the teachingactivities.
