Teachers in primary school have a very important position in the classmanagement activities. By researching on a head-teacher of a primary school in classmanagement activities, the purpose is to put forward the suggestion that can promotemore teachers in better charge of class management. Starting from a primary schoolteacher in charge of class management activities, the aim is to research themanagement of mining typical event, to analyze of the typical event handling thesemethods and the advantages and disadvantages that existed, so as to take referencesfor more teachers.As we all know, every head-teacher should experience a suit period on the job,and then develop steadily. Slowly the head-teachers form their mode of managing theclass with the accumulation of work experience and practice of the wisdom. Theteacher in charge class management activity is a dynamic activities, how to manage aclass better need to grope slowly. The key factor is the personal quality of thehead-teacher, including the education teaching right concept, rich professionalwisdom, good personality charm personal factors and so on. Primary school teachershaving a good personality charm are more likely to grow up to the excellenthead-teacher in elementary school.This study takes qualitative research method, selects the teacher working in theexperimental primary school of Jinan as the research object. Through the fieldobservation and interviews and other methods to collect data, records of the typicalevent happened in restructuring fragments into the process of the story. Analyze theteachers’class management activities, through the researchers’empathy explanation,to let the nature of the inclusion for the event of the things gradually appear.This research is divided into five parts. The first part introduces the problem thatput forward and the value and meaning, reviews the existing literature reviews, andintroduces the thinking and methods. The second part explains the knowledge of theclass management. The third part carries a deep field study on the teacher in the classmanagement activity. This part adopts a narrative style; to describe the existing typical event happened in the class management activities. To describe mainly from theteaching management, moral management, class daily management three aspects, andanalyze the typical events what education law that reflect, so to puts forward theaspects we should learn and the problem we should pay attention to. The fourth part,combining with the record of the typical event, analyzes the problems that happenedin the primary school class management process, and analyzes the existing problemsof the deep roots. The fifth part proposes the corresponding solution and strategy inview of the problems existing in the management.
