| The informationization of higher education has the important strategic significance for promoting education reform and innovation and improving the quality of higher education personnel training, which is the inevitable choice for the sustainable development of education. Informationized teaching ability is a new requirement for university teachers in the education informationization. College teachers should integrate information technology into higher education deeper and further, optimize teaching methods and means modernization, reform the classroom teaching modes, to promote the higher education quality effectively and comprehensively.Based on informationized teaching ability, this paper analyses the present situation of informationized teaching ability of a university young teachers in Sichuan province, establishes the information technology teaching ability training model whose cores are competency and Kirkpatrick assessment, and gives a training program for young teachers in colleges and universities, practically apply the training program in a university and use the training model to guide teachers’ training in the university, then analyses its practical effect. And the paper builds an evaluation method of informationized teaching ability based on Hopfield neural network, LVQ neural network and BP neural network.This paper is divided into five chapters to discuss the empirical study on the cultivation of university young teachers’ informationized teaching ability, which are as follows:The first chapter is an introduction, which shortly introduces the content of the research background and significance, defines the relevant concepts, summarizes the research status at home and abroad, and research methods, to clarify the research context, and make the research emphasis clearly.The second chapter is the analysis of the current situation of the young university teachers’ informationized teaching ability in Sichuan province. By means of questionnaire and classroom observation, through the statistical analysis of the data, summarize the present situation of informationized teaching ability and the existing problems.The third chapter is mainly about the cultivation of university young teachers’ informationized teaching ability. It builds the information technology teaching ability training model whose cores are competency and Kirkpatrick assessment, gives the training program for young teachers in colleges and universities, and practically apply the training program in a university and use the training model to guide teachers’ training in the university, and evaluates the effect of practice effects based on the training and the classroom observation.The fourth chapter is to establish an evaluation method of informationized teaching ability based on neural network. The Hopfield neural network, LVQ neural network and BP neural network are applied to the evaluation, made the simulation test and comparison, proposed a more objective evaluation of informationized teaching ability.The fifth chapter is the conclusion and prospect, summarizes the research innovations, finds out the problems existing in the research, and points out the future research direction. |
