Under the background of global teaching informationization,with the deepening of informationized teaching in Vocational Education reform,new teaching concepts and methods come out and brings new challenge to vocational school teachers,which prompting them to change their traditional teaching concepts and thinking patterns in teaching practice;to constantly expanding their knowledge and developing informationized teaching so as to promote the vocational education.Based on this background,this study combs a large number of documents and constructs a framework of secondary vocational school teachers' informationization teaching ability,which includes: attitude and consciousness of informationized teaching(including profession concern),informationization teaching design ability,informationization teaching implementation ability(including informationization training skills practical ability).The ability of evaluation and monitoring of information-based teaching,research and development of information-based teaching.Secondly,by using the methods of questionnaire and interview,this paper investigates the status quo of teachers' informationization teaching ability in Yantai secondary vocational schools from five dimensions and related content of teachers' informationization teaching training.The survey shows that the existing problems are as follows: lack of systematic information-based teaching training for teachers;uneven level of supporting facilities for information-based teaching in schools;low enthusiasm of teachers to fully implement information-based teaching;lack of deep understanding of the concept of information-based teaching;insufficient of the advanced information technology approach;information-based teaching is lagged behind in practical courses.With the developing of the survey,the main reasons appear clearly: at the present stage,training of information-based teaching in secondary vocational school is not enough,the training form is too single,and there is no deep-seated training content,training is often mere form;in school construction,infrastructure construction investment is insufficient,technical support is not enough.lack of relevant evaluation and reward mechanism to stimulate teachers' enthusiasm;secondary vocational school teachers are lack of deep understanding of information-based teaching,lack of knowledge and ability related to information-based teaching;practical training teachers lack the ability to combine information-based teaching methods with vocational practice.In view of the above reasons,this paper puts forward strategies to improve the Informationized Teaching Ability of secondary vocational teachers: increasing the investment of national and governmental funds in secondary vocational education through policy guidance,improving the construction of intelligent campus;optimizing training,establishing a systematic training system;improving evaluation system,mobilizing the teachers' enthusiasm;sharing resources and improving teachers' informationize ability;joint development of schools and enterprises to enhance the information-based teaching ability of practical training teachers.
