In the 21st century ,Internet change the time .As the quick update of technology and knowledge, teachers' teaching ability and students' learning ability are put forward new requirements. Teacher, student, teaching media are the three main aspects in the development of informationized education process, teachers are the backbone link, the role of teachers is more flexible. So the teachers' professional development and education informatization are closely two principal themes, while teachers' informationized teaching ability is the expression of the teachers'comprehensive qualities.Throughout the current literature on teachers' information technology teaching ability, the researchers mostly focused on informationized teaching ability training and promote research, case study,or from the aspects of overall investigating a regional present and improving situation of teachers' informationized teaching ability. The author screens literature about teachers' information technology teaching ability evaluation, finds that there are literature involves the evaluation of the overall principles of teacher evaluation, the final purpose of evaluation, there are rarely literature mentioned the specific operational implementation of teachers' information technology teaching ability evaluation scheme. In this paper, the research puts emphasis on the teachers' informationized teaching ability of evaluation and follow-up tracking the improvement of teachers' informationized teaching ability.In the first chapter, the research background? research purpose and significance ? research methods ? research status at home and abroad are described.The second chapter expounds the theoretical basis of this article, this article first study the status quo of teachers' information technology application situation, in order to provide a practical assessment scale. Based on T - pack theory as the instruction, the connotation of teachers'informationized teaching ability research, on the basis of "the ministry of education of the national primary and secondary school teachers' informationized ability promotion project" and "primary and secondary school teachers' informationized application ability standard" of 2014 ,the author sets for primary and secondary school teachers' informationized teaching ability evaluation index in detail.The third chapter expounds the formulation and modification process of the evaluation scale.According to the time dimension before, class, after class and the spatial dimension for teacher why to teach, what to teach and how to teach ,to make the evaluation indicators of teachers'informationinzed teaching ability. The author uses the Delphi method, lines with relevant experts and first-line teachers, in order to perfect the modified scale, ensure the demonstration and feasibility of the inventory.The third chapter expunds the implementation of teachers' informationized teaching ability evaluation. According to the measurement results, the author test the reliability and validity of the evaluation scale. Then the author analyze the questionnaire data, concluding teachers' informationized teaching ability level.The five chapter uses case study method, the author selects case teacher, and evaluates the teacher's informationizationized teaching ability. With the method of continuous measurement, continuous longitudinal tracking evaluation of teachers for many times, finally summarize the evaluation methods of teachers' informationized teaching ability.The sixth chapter expounds the conclusion of the whole research process and analyses the shortcoming of the whole research.
