With the deepening of educational informatization, teachers’ informationized teaching ability has become a priority among priorities of educational informatization. It restricts the effectiveness of educational informatization in a certain extent. How to effectively improve the informationized teaching ability of teachers is an urgent problem to be solved by educational experts in all aspects. The complexity of the informationized teaching ability of teachers decides the particularity of the training mode. Matthew and Punya subvert the traditional training methods, and creatively put forward the training concept of design learning. Based on the relevant literature review and the investigation and analysis of primary and middle school teachers’ informationized teaching ability and its current training situation, this paper summarizes the meaning of learning technology by design and the complexity of the cultivation of teachers’ informationized teaching ability. From the point of view of the features of learning technology by design, this paper shows the appropriateness that learning technology by design is applied to improve the teachers’ informationized teaching ability. Thus, this paper presents a general pattern of learning technology by design. And then, this pattern is applied to the practice of teacher education. This paper conducts a case study of the pattern and analyzes the process characteristics and results of the implementation of the case. Finally, the effective strategies and problems in the process of implementation are summarized. Based on the above ideas, this paper is divided into six chapters, each chapter of the specific content as follows.Chapter One is the introduction. In this chapter, the research background, research significance, research ideas and research methods are described. Meanwhile, the research status at home and abroad was analyzed, and the related research concepts are defined.Chapter Two is the current situation investigation. In this chapter, the questionnaire survey and structured interviews are used to investigate the present situation of teachers’ informationized teaching ability and its training mode, the teachers who teaching in Xianan District of Xianning city in Hubei Province. In depth analyzing the lack of teachers in the field of informationized teaching ability and problems existed in its training mode. This chapter provides a data support for the following study.Chapter Three is the pattern construction. This chapter, from the theoretical analysis point of view, sums up the connotation and characteristics of the learning technology by design, training complexity of the informationzed teaching ability of the teachers. It illustrates the applicableness of promoting teacher’s informatization teaching ability from the aspects of design learning can meet the necessary knowledge reserve of the teacher’s ability, persistent process, practice process and other aspects. On this basis, combining with previous related research and actual needs of primary and secondary school teachers, a general pattern of learning technology by design is structured.Chapter Four is the case study. In this chapter, the constructed pattern is applied to teachers’education in Xianan District of Xiannng City in Hubei province. The case study is carried out using the methods of interview and field observation. The object of the case, the implementation stage of the case, the implementation process of the case is described in detail. Finally, this chapter summarizes the process characteristics of the case and the application results of the pattern.Chapter Five is the strategies and problems analysis. This chapter puts forward the effective strategies of the pattern in the process of application, and summarizes the problems in the process of practice.Chapter Six is the conclusion and outlook. In this chapter, the whole research process is reviewed. Meanwhile, the chapter analyzes the problems existing in the process, and looks for the future research.
