Study On The Construction Of Serving Administration System In Higher Vocational Colleges

As part of college education system, higher vocational colleges have been playing an important part in talent-fostering, scientific research and serving the society. Especially in talent-fostering, higher vocational colleges are distinctively characterized by its objective of fostering senior skilled talents. Whether the colleges can function properly is largely determined by the administrative level and its result within the colleges. Based on the example of a higher vocational college, using questionnaire survey to collect relevant information about its administration and relevant reference, this paper, has yielded certain approaches to tackle the problems as follows:administrative management, the inaccuracy of its functioning power, the unfair evaluation and feedback system, the monotony of the policy-making body and the administration team. In the meantime, on the basis of the sample, and with the definition of "higher vocational colleges as a serving administration system", this paper also has proposed certain approaches to construct serving administration system. Included are the following:to construct theory system, to perfect functioning system, to facilitate organization, to construct professional team, to diversify the policy-making body, to innovate operating system, and to perfect ruling system.
