Research On Problems And Strategies Of The Majors In Higher Vocational School

At the end of the 1980 s, China began to actively develop higher vocational education, although start later, but our country’s higher vocational education has developed in recent years more rapidly, it has the distinct regional, strong targeted, and has made great contribution for training high technical talents in China, the result is significant. At present, the higher vocational education plays an important part in China’s education and is promoting economic and social development. Nowadays, our country’s higher vocational education is the bottom of time in higher education but in the most high-end in professional education, scientific professional setting directly affects the future development of higher vocational colleges, so the study of major in higher vocational colleges can improve the professional setting of the managerial level,,construct a unique advantage majors, train a real sense of senior technical personnel, be better for the social and economic service. So it has the foundational significanceThis paper mainly is based on Z school as an example, according to the theory and empirical research foundation, find the problems, answer the questions then analyze and solve questions to describe the problems of the current higher vocational colleges of professional setting, paper is divided into four parts. The first part is introduction, mainly include selecting the background, the purpose and significance of the concept, basic theory, research status from domestic and abroad, research methods and ideas. The second part is the research methods and the survey implementation process of the material,mainly choose the school of the freshmen Z, third year students and 5 majors in total for the investigation, I made detailed investigations from the professional directory setting to the courses, teachers, students’ employment etc.The third part is the major setting questions and the reason analysis, according to the results of the survey, finding the present problems existing in higher vocational colleges, and analyzes the causes of problems.
