The Investigation And Reflection On The Cadres’ Education And Training Status Of H Province Discipline Inspection And Supervision System

Cadres’educational training is a high quality pilot, basic, strategical project for construction of a cadre contingent. In order to implement the requirement of2009-2013national discipline inspection and supervision work of cadre educational training plan, which upgrades the level of scientific, institutionalized, standardization training for the cadres of H province discipline inspection and supervision system, and strives to build a political adamancy, impartial and honest, disciplined, operational proficiency of high-quality, excellent style of discipline inspection and supervision system cadres. The ideological and political quality of the cadres in discipline inspection and supervision system will be constantly improved. To provide a strong ideological and political guarantee, personnel and intellectual support for promoting the clean and honest Party work and the fight anti-corruption in H Province, we conducted a survey of cadres’educational training in our system of discipline inspection and supervision.This survey mainly drew on the condition about the cadres’ educational training in the system of discipline inspection and supervision within H province, involved certain cities, counties, towns, etc. by investigation of questionnaire, reference materials, interviews, discussion and information collection. The investigation included:training base construction, organization, management system, funding, training content and form, the achievements, experiences, problems and reasons of educational training and application, the importance, necessity and suggestions of the educational training mechanism reform, etc.Through3months of hard work, the investigation team completed the cadres’ educational training survey of discipline inspection and supervision system in H province by using the methods of field investigation, data collection, information collection and statistics. On the basis of careful analysis and summary, the efforts on five aspects of cadres’educational training status of H province discipline inspection and supervision system are classified, and the disadvantages of discipline inspection and supervision work of cadres" educational training in five aspects were found out, and the main reasons of these problems. Finally, from the perspective of the development, this thesis presented the underlying tenets of the discipline inspection and supervision of cadres’ educational training and five suggestions on how to do a good job on discipline inspection cadres’ educational training from the point of guiding ideology, basic principles and several relations that should be noticed.
