Employment difficulty is today’s university students are confronted with common factors, even if the state arrange jobs, but because the market demand and university students’professional structure has many contradictions, and lead to obtain employment is still very difficult, in this paper, the national university graduates employment trend and the art class specialized employment condition investigation and analysis, this paper puts forward the fine arts class professional the problem of employment, analysis the reason mainly is in contradiction to the college education, college of fine arts talent training and social needs not coincide, some major setting and the job market has the disparity, difficult to satisfy the need of economic growth mode transformation. Even if some of college graduates after on jobs, the job also the lack of independence, open sex and creativity.
