With the enrollment expansion of higher education, the employment of the college graduates is more and more graduates, but the employment is not rising. University graduates are in line with the social needs, the training quality can meet the requirement of employing unit, is China’s colleges and universities have been facing a problem. As sports continue to be taken seriously in recent years, especially in the high school sports as an indicator of their studies, for ease of physical education graduates employment are of great help. Graduates own ability is the core of the employment problem, how to improve the ability of graduates is the key content of this study. Colleges and universities are lack of communication with students, in particular, employing unit, so that the students’ability is hard to be adapted to the needs of society.In this paper, the body of the teaching professional gymnastics specialized college students’ ability training is comprehensive efficiency, employing unit, students own various aspects to build. This study will teach professional gymnastics specialized graduate employment conditions of colleges and universities in Henan province and the ability to investigate and build, through data analysis and induction to the following conclusion:1. In colleges and universities in henan province of 2012 gymnastics specialized graduate employment rate is relatively high, the employment unit are mainly concentrated in the education sector, and agreed employment expectation, while in school graduates are mainly concentrated in 2000-3000 yuan a month, most of the graduates for their own work or satisfactory.2. Graduates own ability to impact on employment from the basic ability of graduate and professional ability, basic ability mainly concentrated in the psychological quality, and random strain on the ability of language expression, mainly concentrated in gymnastics teaching ability and professional ability, and mastering many skills while specializing in physical education from three aspects.3. Ensuring as sports continue to be taken seriously, unit of choose and employ persons, the demand for PE teachers is on the rise. Traditional sports project is one of the most popular with the school, such as basketball and track and field. The overall evaluation of unit of choose and employ persons to graduate is satisfied, the most practical ability and language communication ability.4. Graduates think that is close to the major content and the social demand accounted for 23.4%. Graduates of the school gymnastics teaching content of the degree of satisfaction was 53.7%, the problems of the course special theory mainly focused on the lack of teaching hours, teaching material that boring and old content, do not take the performance appraisal form the accumulation and application of knowledge. Special training practice curriculum problems mainly include training target ignore the basic teaching methods and skills, training hours is not enough, instrument equipment is not complete, since the plait ability training is not enough, physical quality training system.5. The practice of graduates is not optimistic, do not take the practice teaching and practice. School employment work carries out does not reach the designated position, most of the students don’t know to school career guidance work. Graduates in employment from the employment department for help and information ratio is low. Colleges and universities have feedback with unit of choose and employ persons is 36.2%.6.
