With China’s socialist modernization deep development,in modern society the requirements fortalents quality is more and more high,In modern society the high-quality talents should not only has highintelligence quotient (IQ),but also has high emotional intelligence (EQ). Therefore, in high school ideologyand political teaching not only impart knowledge,but also pay attention to training high schoolstudents’emotional intelligence (EQ) to promote high school students’healthy personality.This article tries to reveal some essential contacts between high school ideological and politicalteaching and the emotional intelligence education,and to search for some innovation paths for infiltratingEQ Education in high school ideological and political teaching,through the research. This article mainlyincludes four parts. The first part explains the concept of emotional intelligence,and the relationshipbetween EQ and IQ,and the high school students’present EQ situation and cause,and the concept,content,status of EQ education. The second part analyze the necessity infiltrating EQ education in high schoolideological and political teaching. This is the need for our country social reality and the harmoniousdevelopment of high school students,and it is the comprehensive promotion of quality education and EQeducation value;and it is the inherent requirement of high school ideological and political subject’owndevelopment. The third part analyze the theoretical basis of infiltrating EQ education in high schoolideological and political teaching. the author thinks that the marxist humanistic theory,the dialecticalrelationship between internal causes and external causes,the constructivism learning theory,and themultiple intelligence theory is the theoretical basis. The fourth Part explores some innovation paths forinfiltrating EQ Education in high school ideological and political teaching in five aspects. The first is to change the utilitarian view of the high school ideological and political teaching. The second is to payattention to the high school political teachers’emotional intelligence training. The third is to dig deep intothe high school ideological and political suject emotional intelligence resources. The fourth is to create aharmonious classroom infiltrate EQ education,The fifth is to use social practice train ability of thestudents’EQ.It is combine high school ideology and politics teaching practice with EQ education theory,andexplore some innovation path in ideology and political teaching infiltrate EQ education. It is helpfulchanging the prejudice in high school education,it is helpful the development of quality education and thephysical and mental development of high school students.
