Focus on rural preschools’ daily activities is to improve the quality of preschool education, reducingthe urban-rural gap in early childhood education, and the key to promote the balanced development of ruralearly childhood education. Preschool as the second environment to children’s physical-mental and socialdevelopment, it plays the immeasurably important value on children’s physical-mental development.Preschools’ daily activities as the most important aspects on developing children’s physical and mentalharmoniously, it also has great significance and educational value. The rural preschool holds a largeproportion in our country, national policy has a tilted on its premise, if preschools’ daily activities can bearranged scientifically and rationally, it will has a multiplier effect.The guidance of kindergarten education outline, defined that “scientific and reasonable arrangementand organization of daily life”. However, during analysis literature documents the researcher found there isvery little research on preschools’ daily activities in rural areas, only a few journal articles, view from apoint or an active link, or a field of study, not on the setting, organization and implementation of the dailyactivities management system in rural preschool.Therefore this research mainly adopted questionnaire, interview method, observation and text analysisaround series problems of daily activities, the researcher visited26rural preschools in Henan province,interviewed21preschool directors and11children’s parents. In the view of outline on preschool’s dailyactivities of the organization and implementation requirement, researcher in analyzing rural preschools’daily activities status, found that the preschools’ daily activities exist some problems, mainly performancein several aspects:1. Setting: attention to the dominance of course neglecting exploring curriculum, emphasis on bookknowledge overlooked the content integration, the content with primary school of contents seriously.2. Organization and implementation: collective teaching primarily neglected children’s initiative, lessgame activities and form, pay attention to single intellectual knowledge ignore the cultivation ofnon-intellectual factors, hardware facilities are not sound and lack of toys, food security breaches.3. Management: lack of evaluation and management and so on.The researcher from the management system, the preschool itself, the teaching staff and children ‘s parents four aspects analyzed the restricting factors influencing factors of the daily activities, andsuggested some strategies on how to improve the quality of daily activities in rural preschool education,including:1. Strengthen the management of administrative department of education;2. Establish the assessmentmechanism about rural preschools’ daily activities;3. Strengthen the internal management of ruralpreschools;4. Focus on the construction of the teaching staff;5. Change the education concept of parents.From five aspects elaborated, in order to improve the influence and restriction factors about ruralpreschools’ daily activities. Finally the researcher did the reflection and prospect about this research.
