With the development and popularization of information technology, education information intothe main trend in order to overwhelming,and Pre-school education of information technology is alsoimperative. The face of now the rapid development of pre-school education and teachers’ informationliteracy is not high turnover of teachers, teachers unstable phenomenon, and how to solve theseproblems is the problem before us.In this paper, the ecological perspective of pre-school education information resourceconstruction, the main element of participation in these various agencies related to the pre-schooleducation of information technology, their functions and ecological functions of the elements, thusforming a set of ecological resources sharing system. The system in the universities, kindergartens andgovernment relationship between the three as producers, consumers and decomposers in theecosystem. Mutual restraint interaction, while there is competition and symbiosis.Borrow information resource management theory to analyze the relationship between resourcesconstruction and operation of material and energy conversion.
