<The Chinese New Curriculum Standards under compulsory education>indicate: the Chinese course should be open and dynamic to satisfy the demands of different districts, different schools and different students. Chinese teaching material should be open and flexible to leave enough space for the districts, schools, and students. The Standards show clearly Chinese curriculum resources include classroom teaching resources and extracurricular study resources, Chinese classroom teaching resources are the inferior conception of Chinese curriculum resources and vital process.The thesis start with distinguishing the conceptions of "curriculum resources" and "the Chinese classroom teaching resources serving for primary school","the Chinese classroom teaching resources serving for primary school" divide into material resources and condition resources as function condition,or divide into inner-school resources and outer-school resources. Getting through study the civil and foreign literature documents, new course idea and modern-later doctrine, the author present the study thinking and method.The study give out questionnaire and conduct interview, summary the current situation of the development and utilization of the Chinese classroom teaching resources serving for primary school, present the reasonable methods of development and utilization all kinds of resources, including "grasping precious student resources","expressing teacher resources","holding special class hour resources". Last, the writer summary advices, including "development and utilization of resources should cogradient individuation and professionalization of teachers","studying dynamically generated resources","integration and control resources, improving effectively teaching benefit". As new resource reformation, frontline teachers must have wide mind and optic angle to start new situation.
