More than200primary school teachers have been selected from S primary school in Tianjin as the research objects for this study; and with the reference of Questionnaire for the professional subjective well-being of the young teachers from University> written by Ma Xiumin, and Questionnaire of present situation and influencing factors for the professional subjective well-being of the teachers from primary school>combined with the professional characteristics of primary school teachers; and comprehensively using questionnaire investigation methods, to investigate, analyze and discuss present situation and influenced factors of the primary school teachers’professional subjective well-being. After analysis for the data using the method SPSS16.0, survey results show that:The teachers’professional subjective well-being of primary school is more optimistic; for the teachers’happiness of the primary school, under Demography varieties, it is no significant difference in the comparison with gender, age, school age, education background, professional title, teaching discipline; and it is extremely remarkable difference in the comparison with administrative posts, honors, and scientific research projects. Among them, the professional subjective well-being for those teachers who never served as leadership positions is significantly lower than those at the middle leadership positions; the professional subjective well-being for those teachers who never got credit is significantly lower than those got credit at bureau-level and municipal-level; the professional subjective well-being for those teachers who achieved honor at district-level, bureau-level, municipal-level and further higher level is no significant differences; and the professional subjective well-being for those teachers who never had scientific research projects is significantly lower than those had scientific research projects at district-level, municipal-level and national-level.Through correlation analysis with the influencing factors and professional subjective well-being of primary school teachers, the results of the study found that seven factors, as follows:the professional itself, work efficiency, working environment, pay treatment, interpersonal relationship, emotional and physical health work have significant correlation with their professional subjective well-being. The above seven factors as the independent variable and professional subjective well-being as the dependent variable further does multiple linear regression analysis. Because too many independent variables, and the serious problem of linear, the seven factors are divided into two new variable named respectively A and B with principal component analysis method. Variable A combines with the five influencing factors, wage, the work efficiency, working environment, professional itself and interpersonal; Variable B combines with the two influencing factors, body health and emotional. The linear multivariate regression analysis showed that Variable A and Variable B were into the regression equation, and both of them can explain better to variation of professional subjective well-being. Therefore, the author, on the basis of analysis for the above data, puts forward some relevant countermeasures to promote professional sense of subjective well-being for primary school teachers.
