Foreign Language School Affiliated To Tianjin Foreign Studies University Culture Generating Mechanism Of Case Studies

The school culture is the soul of a school. To a school, the educational reform and construction practice, school culture is a "root". Nowadays, the study of the school culture is assumed that the school culture already exists. In this study, it is based on case study, field research and narrative research methods. This thesis takes Tianjin Foreign Languages School as the research object, takes the development of substance culture, institution culture and spirit culture, and appreciates its production mechanism. Through Tianjin Foreign Languages School’s culture generated case, in order to reveal the general rules of others school culture, and optimizes the construction of the school culture.To support the theme, the paper is divided into four parts. Part one is the introduction. The introduction gave an outline of this thesis, such as the background, target, significance and methods of the research. Part two analyzes the history of the school, school’s spiritual culture, system culture and material culture. In the third part, the process of school culture’s generation was inquired. Part four analyzes president, teachers, students and curriculum of the school. The summary of this study discusses the research methods, conclusion and future research directions.The formation of a school culture is the internal and external factors and it through two dimensions of time and space:judging from the time dimension, school history is the foundation of school culture; and judging from the dimension of the space, the cultural community is the fundamental expression of the school culture. The culture of a school is held by the educational philosophy, designed to the dominant system and implicit specification. Members of the school complied with the specifications, system and code of conduct. Ultimately, it forms a school culture.
