The thesis analyzes the factor that affects the learning power of tuition-free normal college students from internal and external aspects, through research methods like questionnaire, open interview, etc. Some suggestions are also proposed in arousing the learning power of tuition-free normal college students here, according to the problems present in the learning power of them.The whole passage is totally divided into three parts except for the introduction.The first part firstly elaborates the definition of the core concepts between "learning power" and "learning motivation", plus the domestic and foreign research situation of learning power. Secondly, the part elaborates the characteristics of tuition-free normal college students’learning power. Finally, based on the above elaboration and combined with the interview results, the part analyzes the structure of tuition-free normal college students’ learning power and the operation mode that affects their learning power.The second part introduces the investigation and research on the learning power of tuition-free college students. Firstly, on the basis of the previous quarter, a questionnaire is designed and the investigation target is determined. Secondly, the part brings an analysis to the investigation results, including the current situation of tuition-free normal college students’learning power, the internal and external factors that affect the learning power, like learning motivation, learning interest, willpower, tuition-free normal college students’education policy, family factors, etc.The third part finally brings the conclusion and suggestions. Through the analysis of the affecting factors, it turned out the following conclusion:Firstly, the general situation of tuition-free normal college students’learning power is rather optimistic, while the partial problems are serious, specifically embodying in the uncertainty of the studying goal, the little energy in study, the unsatisfactory studying score etc. Secondly, the factors that affect tuition-free normal college students are various and complicated. On the internal aspect, self-efficacy and willpower of the learners play a huge role, leading to the extreme difference. On the external aspect, teachers and learning environment have the great impact on the learning power, making notable difference. However, family factors like domestic seat, economic status, educational background of parents, and "four preferential" have little influence on the learning power, with little difference. And finally there are some suggestions that we should arouse the learning power of tuition-free normal college students from the aspects of consummating related policy, improving training pattern, strengthening self-education of tuition-free normal college students, etc.
