In recent years, Local colleges began to recruit Tuition-free Normal Students, they receive attention from all sectors of society, the status of teachers’ professional identity is the focus of attention. Because of teachers’ professional identity is the internal dynamics of professional development of teachers, it will directly affect the comprehensive quality of teachers and teaching determination. In this study,Tuition-free Normal and Non-free Tuition Normal Students in Local Normal University as the research object, Using interviews and survey methods to explore their professional identity of teachers,and to compare their professional status of identity,base on the comparison results of systematic to analyze the reasons.Finally, according to the problems identified, find some countermeasures to improve their teachers’ professional identity.Based on the theory research results of teachers’ professional identity of sort,formed a theoretical framework. A questionnaire of normal teachers’ professional identity with high reliability, validity was formed, through the use of project analysis,factor analysis.Using the normal teachers’ professional identity questionnaire to survey Tuition-free Normal and Non-free Tuition Normal Students in two Local Normal University of Sichuan Province. Research indicates: Tuition-free Normal and Non-free Tuition Normal Students teacher’s professional identity is on the middle level.Tuition-free Normal Students of teachers’ r professional identity level slightly lower than the non-free normal students. On the child, professional, apply causal variables,Tuition-free and Non-free Tuition Students’ professional identity of teachers there were significant differences. Professionally, Tuition-free Normal Students of liberal arts’ teacher professional identity of teachers is much higher than Tuition-free Normal Students of free science. On the gender, grade, Tuition-free and Non-free Tuition Students professional identity of teachers there was not significant difference.On the family income,Tuition-free Normal Students professional identity of teachers there was not significant difference,but Non-free Tuition Students there was significant difference.Through analysis the current situation of Tuition-free Normal Students and Non-free Tuition Normal Students teacher’s professional identity to find out problems,tnen explain the reasons for Tuition-free Normal Student’s professional identity level lower than Non-free Tuition Normal Students and the differences in demographic variables generated.Finally, the article proposes countermeasures from three aspects to Improve Tuition-free Normal Students and Non-free Tuition Normal Students teacher’s professional identity, Personal level, they need to establish the correct values and formate a firm belief in career. Teachers College level, they should implement effective training model. Government level, it should introduce policies to improve the attractiveness of the teaching profession.
