“Rural Area Teachers’ Supporting Plan”,which aim is to stabilize,equalize teachers’ personnel,ensure the whole teachers’ quality in rural areas,and promote fair education.The statisticals,according to Central China Normal University’s survey to 6 ministry normal university’s free-tuition normal students employment situation in 2011,represent that these free-tuition normal students do not return to rural areas and make their best contribution to primary education undertakings.while the really rate to these graduation of ministry free-tuition normal students is only 2%.It’s a unacceptable reality for education researchers to acknowledge that the project of free-tuition normal students can’t be executed fully and don not represent policy primitive values on narrowing personnel disparity between town and rural areas.Contrast to ministry normal students,the regional normal tuition-free normal students,from rural areas,rural-oriented,return to rural,set their career goals on making a service and contribution to rural education and it’s development.The inner stimulation needed for achieving role transition from college students to be a primary teachers in rurals,is necessary and vital condition to be a rural grassroots.Thus it’s increasingly important to be given enough academic attention.Therefore,research based on current Role Identification Theories,Social Identification Theories,Education Equality Theories,Social Exchange Theories and practices. Based on a survey of two local colleges through questionnaire and half-construction interview in Si-ch uan and existent scale of identity questionnaire,constructing questionnaire of regional college tuition-free students identity and four scales of professional recognition,emotional,willingness and action identity.Then make a test to it’s confidence and effectiveness.Firstly,making a deep analysis on characteristics of regional tuition-free student’s identity through empirical,find whole level of it’s identity is relatively much higher than average and diversifying on sex,age,class,profession of entrance,source place of lands-cape.Secondly,through half-construction interview on phrase of before entrance,on college,employed and variousentities,such as tuition-free normal students,employer,universities,do a research on elements towards to professional identity and professional identity game under code and guidance of social theories.Lastly,through combing verified affected elements and deep motives of career dilemmas,refine some effective methods towards professional identification of regional university tuition-free students,including emphasizing on publishing and demand statistical to teachers resource before being enrollment,paying great attention to erect career dreams and making a increasingly definite cultivation policy during the time of schooling,making contribution to update distributionstandards and security systems of career tracking after employment.taking a consideration of unique region and innovation,the research maintain a universal contemplation to strengthen strategies on regional universities tuition-free normal students professional identification.
