Professional identity and psychological capital are the two things of the research perspectives in the field of career decision-making difficulties.Studying the career decision-making difficulties of postgraduates from the perspectives of psychological capital,professional identity and vocational guidance is useful to reduce the career decision-making difficulties and to promote making good decisions to postgraduates.In this study,447 postgraduates were randomly selected as the research objects.By using the Questionnaire of University Students' Professional Identity,the Positive Psychological Capital Questionnaire(PPQ)and the Questionnaire of University Students' Career Decision Difficulties,situations and relationships of the professional identity,psychological capital and career decision-making difficulties were understood and analyzed by means of questionnaire survey and measurement.Then,366 valid samples were obtained.By using independent T-test,variance analysis,correlation analysis,regression analysis and mediation effect test,the following conclusions are drawn:? There are some demographic differences in professional identity,psychological capital and career decision-making difficulties of postgraduates;? The total score of psychological capital is positively correlated with professional identity and cognitive,emotionality,behavior and appropriateness of professional identity of Postgraduates;? The total score of professional identity is negatively correlated with the total score of career decision-making difficulties,its dimensions(except unreasonable beliefs and external conflicts)and its subscales;? Postgraduates' psychological capital and its dimensions are negatively correlated with the total score of decision-making difficulties,dimensions and subscales(except that there was no significant correlation between unreasonable beliefs and the total score of psychological capital and self-efficacy);? Psychological capital played a completely mediating role in the relationship between professional identity and career decision-making difficulties.Semi-structured interviews.There are 8 postgraduates were recruited for individual interviews.The results show that: ? Postgraduates need and want to be arranged some Vocational guidance;? There exist the influence of the grade factors and the schoolrunning conditions on professional identity,psychological capital and career decisionmaking difficulties of postgraduates;? The psychological capital and professional identity of the higher career decision-making difficulties group are lower;but of the lower career decision-making difficulties group are higher.According to the above research results,specific suggestions are put forward:? We should pay much attention to the vocational guidance for postgraduates efficiently;? The career guidance should be included the promotion of professional identity and psychological capital;? Postgraduates should also pay attention to their professional identity and psychological capital seriously,so that they can avoid or reduce the difficulties of career-making as early as possible.
