Research On The Relationship Between The Current Situation Of Vocational College Students' Career Decision-making Difficulties And The Satisfaction Degree Of Psychological Capital And Practical Training Teaching

As the main base of technical skills of heritage,higher occupation school can cultivate diverse talents for our country,promoting the development of higher occupation education can provide the talent guarantee for the Chinese nation,and ultimately achieve the great rejuvenation of the national Chinese.The development of occupation education is not only to increase the number of occupation colleges,more important is to improve the quality of education occupation,make higher vocational colleges can become a world-class university in the "13th Five-Year" period,with international competitiveness.The employment level of Higher Vocational Colleges reflects the level of education and the quality of running a school.It is an important indicator of the quality of school training and comprehensive strength.Higher vocational colleges are to promote the employment of the important duties,must pay attention to the employment level of Vocational College students.At present,the employment of higher vocational college students has the characteristics of high employment rate and low employment satisfaction.This study as a starting point,the establishment of a teaching satisfaction higher occupation school training to explore the relationship between psychological capital and occupation decision-making difficulties regulating the relationship between model variables,hope through this model can analyze occupation decision-making difficulties,psychological capital and teaching satisfaction of the three,so as to reduce the occupation decision-making difficulties for students higher vocational schools,enhance the quality of employment of students to provide advice.This study used career decision-making difficulties,psychological capital,training teaching satisfaction questionnaire survey of 927 vocational college students,the results found:(1)in the middle level of Higher Vocational College Students Occupation decision-making difficulties,the negative impact of conflict from aspects of occupation decision-making to the students caused the greatest negative impact,lack of preparation work for students which are caused at least.Occupation decision-making difficulties of vocational college students has significant differences in gender,grade,students,participate in the skills competition or not,and the second grade girls,from the countryside,did not participate in the skills competition students encounter more difficult occupation decision-making report.(2)there is a significant correlation between Vocational College Students' careerdecision-making difficulties and training teaching satisfaction,psychological capital.Specifically,teaching satisfaction and occupation decision-making difficulties are negatively related to teaching satisfaction can negatively predict occupation decision-making difficulties;psychological capital and occupation decision-making difficulties are negatively related to psychological capital can negatively predict occupation decision-making difficulties.(3)the relationship between the psychological capital and the career decision-making difficulty is regulated by the satisfaction degree of the Vocational College Students' practical training teaching.Students with high satisfaction of practical training teaching,the negative impact of psychological capital on career decision-making difficulties is even greater.Finally,based on the results of this study,discussed the current situation of Higher Vocational College Students Occupation decision-making difficulties and the relationship between psychological capital and teaching satisfaction,put forward to strengthen the students' emotion and mental health education,improve the level of psychological capital,improve the teaching quality of school students training countermeasures and suggestions.
