Art Exam Education And Personnel Training

This studied current situation of Chinese art exam education and Art collegeentrance examination system. It is analyzing the Problem of Chinese art exam educationand Art college entrance examination system. This article attempts by this study to findthe reason of Art brain drain and proposed the corresponding training program of Artexam education. This paper pointed out the direction of the direction of development ofthe exam with Chinese art education and art college entrance examination systemreform. Under the guidance of the methodology of social science research, this paperused literature method of quantitative research to study this subject.In the first part of the article, this paper Systematic analysis of the current status ofChinese art exam education and its problems and want to find the reason of Art braindrain and proposed the corresponding training program of Art exam education.
