Function, essentially is the goal, so the body movement function training can be said to be: a purposeful training. In order to improve the performance, for the purpose of improving all muscle coordination and control of the muscles to raise body ability, for the kinematic chain instead of isolated muscle. Raise an action link, the cohesion between the different action and action coordination, improve the performance.This paper mainly through the study of body movement functional training intervention on sports students FMS test and the influence of the four performance, USES the literature material method, mathematical statistics and experiment method study, so as to provide theory for sports students obtained the excellent result and practical support. Keeping the experimental middle school of shanxi normal university sports life 30 boys as experimental object, functional training on one group of body movement, so as to better for the students to do physical training, improve the students' performance to provide the reference and advice. The results show that:(1) Bodytheercise functional training method isapplied to the sports college entrance examination training, improve the shortcomings of traditional training, implements the body movement functional training methods and means in training practice, the application has achieved good results.(2) the use of body movements functional training intervention group after training for 16 weeks, four grades and FMS test scores before and after the experiment through independent sample T test after all have significant difference.The improvement of the achievement of 100 m, 800 m, because the body movement functional training intervention improved their action in the unstable state standards, the coordinated ability. A minute barbell the clean and jerk and standing long jump increase is mainly due to the achievement of the body movement functional training intervention to enhance the upper limb muscles and the matching of the lower limb muscle group cooperation ability.(3) After 16 weeks of training, compared with the experimental group and control group in four grades and FMS test scores, through independent sample T test, found that after test compared to the experimental group and the control group, in addition to 100 m, 800 m, standing long jump, a minute barbell the clean and jerk and FMS test scores presented significant differences.
