Basic education is at the basis of all levels of education and has been the focus andpriority developed in China. The Eighth Curriculum Reform of Basic Education takes thechance to the developing of Curriculum Reform of Basic Education. And it brings the newideal and makes the new curriculum standard. It needs teachers change the concept, includingchanging the course concept, changing studying ways, making teacher-students innercommunication relationship. And it makes the goals from the three aspects:“knowledge andskillsâ€,“process and methods†and “attitude, emotion and valuesâ€.Firstly, trace and analysis a primary school teacher’s instructional design, as also lessonplans, in time dimension.
