It needs teachers change the concept, includingchanging the course concept, changing studying ways, making teacher-students innercommunication relationship. Besides, create the lesson plan written to promote conscious reflection. Forthe school and the related educational government should actively to build a platform topromote the communication between tertiary institutions and primary school teachers andwithin the primary school teachers.
