With the further development of times and society, people pay more and more attention to the personality development of students. Since the nineteen ninties, pay attention to the individual differences of students, the implementation of difference teaching became a lot of countries in theory and practice of education pay close attention to the problem. The education of our country in reform, also appeared more and more based on the differences between students, pay close attention to students’personality development experts, scholars and teachers, obtained certain result. But in practice, the current organization of the classroom, there are still many ignore the difference of development problems, especially in the face of the differences between students of the diversity and complexity, how to carry out the difference teaching, how to organize the teaching differences in classroom teaching has been perplexing the difference teaching school teaching management. Reform traditional school neglects the student individuality difference overall make it rigidly uniform class teaching system teaching management model to meet the needs of students, implement personalized elastic grouping teaching, promote each student to achieve the optimal development. In this paper, based on the students’ differences, differences in the teaching management of the status quo, the problems in the analysis thinks, so as to explore the suitable difference teaching management strategy.The thesis includes introduction and three parts:The introduction mainly describes the research background, the purpose and significance of the research on this topic, the research situation at home and abroad, the research methods and the definition of related concepts.The first part mainly describes the differences in teaching management. Firstly, through investigations practice, describe differences in teaching combination form, and through the typical case studies, analysis of difference teaching in the classroom shortage management problem. These problems are mainly related to teachers, students and environment in three dimensions.The second part of the status and existing problems were analyzed, from two aspects of theory and practice of difference teaching management problems of a variety of reasons, at the same time, also from another side, put forward different teaching should hold the idea.The third part is the forward difference teaching management strategy. Mainly from the difference of teaching management leadership decision-making, organizational form of teaching and teacher professional development in three aspects, one by one seeks to differences in teaching management strategy.
