Teachers accordingto its own nature and characteristic, choosing effective individual knowledge management is the best wayto realize quickly the knowledge and use the knowledge who required. knowledge which is acquisited,sorted, storaged, sharied, exchanged and innovated plays a important role in teachers’ personal knowledgemanagement, the development of Web2.0which provides a variety of tools can provide a newdevelopment platform for the teacher’s personal knowledge management in the network environment. Onthis platform, knowledge of acquisition, sorting, storing, sharing and communication can form a continuousloop, teachers in this loop can organize, their personal knowledge and share experience and lessons, at thesame time they can actively absorb other valuable things.
