In the age of knowledge economy, knowledge plays a decisive role in the social production and thedevelopment of social productivity. With the development of society, knowledge development beganspeedly increase and update, which will bring different sense of crisis, therefore, the individual knowledgemanaging effectively is very important.To the development of education, teachers’ knowledge is vital, as the development of information,network, communication technology,gaining knowledge of the ways is more and more. Teachers accordingto its own nature and characteristic, choosing effective individual knowledge management is the best wayto realize quickly the knowledge and use the knowledge who required. knowledge which is acquisited,sorted, storaged, sharied, exchanged and innovated plays a important role in teachers’ personal knowledgemanagement, the development of Web2.0which provides a variety of tools can provide a newdevelopment platform for the teacher’s personal knowledge management in the network environment. Onthis platform, knowledge of acquisition, sorting, storing, sharing and communication can form a continuousloop, teachers in this loop can organize, their personal knowledge and share experience and lessons, at thesame time they can actively absorb other valuable things. They realize innovation through knowledgesharing and communication, to made their individual and collective get common development.This thesis deals with how to use teachers personal knowledge management in the Web2.0as the mainresearch content. It researches teacher’s knowledge management from the humanities and technologycombined with each other ’s perspective with the questionnaire survey, literature analysis. Firstly, throughthe teacher’s personal knowledge management related theories,and the teacher’s personal knowledgemanagement status of the investigation of the current teachers’ group to leran personal knowledge management of common problems and the influencing factors. Secondly, according to the results ofinvestigation on Teachers’ personal knowledge management, it proposes some relevant suggestions, andbuilds a Model of Web2.0personal knowledge management environment about " people, places, events",and a framework of Web2.0teacher’s personal knowledge management. Finally, according to the nature andcharacteristics of teacher groups, it put forward a Implementation plan of Teachers’ personal knowledgemanagement in Web2.0, and provides an effective way to teachers’ professional development.
