Under the background of the new curriculum reform over all advancing,School-based research is a very hot issue and its importance is self-evident. With therights of course moves down,“school-based” and “teachers become the researchers”has gradually become one of the core ideas of school education, and it has been widelyrecognized and put into practiced. It is not only a strategy for further development in thenew curriculum reform and a new type of research activity, but a historic revolution onteaching research history.This paper took DJ middle school as a study object, investigated the practicalsituation of the school-based research and management by using the questionnaire andinterview method, and found problems through a thorough analysis and then putforward the corresponding solutions. This paper is mainly elaborated from four partswhich based on the practical research:(1) discuss the basic theory of school-basedresearch;(2) investigate the present situation of school-based research in DJ MiddleSchool;(3) find the problems and reasons via the rational thinking on the researchoutcomes of school-based research;(4) Part four is based on the the third part, and putforward some proposals and countermeasures.The survey found that the main problems in the following aspects:(1) lack ofawareness of school-based teaching and research participants;(2) school-based teachingand research organizations need to be improved;(3) the construction of school-basedteaching and research system is not good enough;(4) the resources invested inschool-based teaching and research is unreasonable;(5) school-based training systemis imperfect;(6) school-based teaching and research the process of supervision shouldbe further improved. In order to solve the problems above, after consulting the relevantdocument literature and summarizing the interviews with teachers, the author putsforward some suggestions and coping strategies:(1) to strengthen the awareness ofschool-based teaching and research;(2) to strengthen the construction of school-basedteaching and research organizations;(3) to strengthen school-based Research System and institutional building;(4) to strengthen school-based teaching and research trainingsystem;(5) to strengthen the supervision of school-based teaching and research process;(6) establish a of three-dimensional evaluation system of school-based teaching andresearch.
