The implementation of school-based individualized instruction is to meet students'needs for personal growth. It's an important way for education reform and school development.It's also an inevitable trend to adapt to social development..It provides suitable teaching for each student to achieve different types according to individual differences of students,to improve levels of student growth, to prompt individual teaching from theory to practice, the reality of research is particularly important from an ideal into practice.Individualized teaching connotation mostly essentialize that the teaching is based on individual differences of students, good for different qualities and strengths, to achieve different growth types of different levels. Thus, teaching must be individualized for different students'individual design materials, diagnostics of individual students'learning ability, assessment of individual achievement, so that students have a complete the development in difference in the processt of self-comparison.This study adopted literature research method, comparative research method, the case study method.It starts from the origin of individualized instruction and current situation,comparing the advantages and disadvantages of the way of individualized instruction target,For example,stratified teaching, group cooperative learning,walking class system, then combined C school's situation in six years. At last,the paper has selected the way of the management of individualized instruction organization based on school to have a deep research.Individualized teaching is not limited to classroom teaching, but encompasses all aspects of student learning. Therefore, the individual organization and management of teaching and learning should include every aspect of the learning and each dimension of the school.Individualized teaching is an achievement of all-round. We should establish a multi-angle platform for individualized instruction. Thus, school-based individualized instruction organization and management of these dimensions should be expanded. Paper,according to educational philosophy in five aspects, such as curriculum construction activities, teaching reform, teaching staff and evaluation mechanism innovation. So the research nquiries the practice of C Middle School.Through the research, it is found that:Firstly,should broaden the extension of individualized instruction:students difference is not limited to the different way of learning, is present in many aspects. Therefore, study on individualized instruction should not only confined to the classroom, but should look at all aspects of education and teaching,and construct a teaching environment to realize differentiated development of students. Secondly, it should be combined with the actual situation of the school to implement the management of individualized teaching organization:the fact is that every school has different education philosophy, environment, so the individualized instruction method should be distinctive. Thirdly, the management of individualized instruction organization have common framework:through the deep-going study on C School, it is found that, the management of individualized instruction organization should include six aspects,such as, educational philosophy, moral education research, teaching and research, the building of the contingent of teachers, school activities, evaluation mechanism.Forthly, individualized instruction is beneficial to improve the enthusiasm and effect of teachers'teaching and students' learning.The main innovation of this research is reflected in the following aspect. First, the research enriches the connotation of individualized teaching management. Originally individualized teaching strategies were summarized and promoted. It will expand from one individual teaching methods to more specific aspects of school work. Second, the research highlights the school characteristics of specific schools. Theory with practice plays the biggest role. This study highlights the situation in the implementation of school based on individual teaching management, highlighting the school characteristics. Third, the research innovatives individualized teaching management measures. C High School launched the "flipped classroom" based on Mu Class, to explore the mode on the development of students of "high class" teaching and research units. It also actively implements curriculum reform, the creation of a wealth of school-based programs and activities, the preparation combine teaching content, students School-based operations, and other features.This research has made some achievements, but there still exist many problems to conquer and need further study, mainly in operating method of scientific, systematic, rigorous and individualized instruction corresponding security.
