Professional moral education of tuition-free normal university students has a direct relation with the establishment of their Professional Ethics and the cultivation of outstanding teachers and educators. The thesis divided into four parts:The first part expounds the theoretical basis of the research. Firstly, define the concepts of’tuition-free normal university students’and’professional ethics education of normal university students’. Then, clarify the implication of ’professional ethics of normal university students’and’professional ethics education of normal university students’. Finally, review the ideas and views of professional moral educational activities for teachers in domestic and foreign range.The second part discusses the particularity of professional ethics education of normal university students under the tuition-free policy.1) Difference between professional ethics education of ordinary undergraduates and tuition-free normal university students.2) Difference between professional ethics education of non-tuition-free normal university students and tuition-free normal university students.3) Difference between professional ethics education of normal university students and other kinds of educationThe third part analyzes the current situation of professional ethics of normal university students and related educational activities based on the empirical survey and relying on the objective data. On the one hand, most students are provided with main professional ethics and career aspirations, but a few students’career beliefs are not firm enough. On the other hand, the contents and forms of educational activities are vast, the related outcomes are effective, but at the same time there are problems. The reasons of problems are the deficiency of understandings and management of leadership, guidance of teachers, entire process of education.The fourth part poses the specific proposal and thinking to university administrators and related sector according to the previous empirical survey. First, adopt new strategy to update the career awareness of tuition-free normal university students. To practice elastic selection mode for tuition-free normal university students, improve the understandings of free-education, provide adequate elementary education information. Secondly, play the leading role of counselors and professional teachers. To implement the tutorial system and exploit the function of counselor in order to effectively strengthen career counseling, integrate teacher-training curriculum in order to play the main front feature of their professional ethics education. Thirdly, make efforts to educate students among whole process. To properly plan the various stages of educational practice, increase continuing education opportunities. Finally, create impelling campus atmosphere and guide tuition-free normal university students to carry out self-education activities of career ethics. To improve the learning atmosphere and environment, utilize the platform of career centre and counseling room.
