With popularization of nine-year free compulsory education, the quality of education has become the focus of education reform, China’s education reform also entered into a comprehensive development era. In this new era, the development of rural education also entered into the critical historical period, it’s also imminent for the training of rural student subjectivity. In this paper with the nine-year free compulsory education and Huizhou’s creating Educational City, on the base of Guangdong Renshan Middle School’s (rural school) the ideological and moral teaching, to discuss the cultivation of students’subjectivity.Subjectivity refers to an assessment of the properties of the main body’s own ability, character, status, value orientation, the student subjectivity refers to selectively, autonomy, initiative and creativity when the students are under the guidance of teachers to deal with the outside world relations and performance. However in the educational activities, as of the subject, the survey found that secondary school subjectivity culture there are some deficiencies:the main student subjectivity cultured is not comprehensive, student subjectivity as a whole cultured is well, but the individual students and student groups subjectivity cultivate is insufficient; the level of the main culture, structure unscientific, selective, autonomy, initiative and creative training structure need to be more optimized. The reasons of lack of subjectivity are as following:characteristics of teacher education and teaching literacy, ideological and moral curriculum, current teaching mechanism, and the local social environment. In order to culture the rural students subjectivity, Renshan Middle School actively explore the subjectivity of culture in the practice of teaching reform and the ideological and moral teaching. First, create a harmonious and relaxed environment for education and teaching, improve the level of teacher education and teaching, classroom activities of the evaluation system of discipline of the four begin to analyze the main training strategies, to show subjectivity culturing practice in the ideological and moral teaching of Renshan Middle School.Finally, summarize the results and reflection the ideological and moral teaching on the students’subjectivity culture of Renshan Middle School. Continuous reform the ideological and moral course in teaching, form guiding value of classroom teaching methods and strategies to improve the ideological and moral teaching quality, and promote students ’abilities, enhance the quality of students’subjectivity in the class of ideological and moral, to promote students’ overall development.
