Martial arts is the most Chinese national culture national tradition sports project, from the current development situation of school Martial arts research we know that:the current Chinese martial arts in the school education is facing practicing persons losing, cognitive bias, exotic project impact as well as the game lacks the audience embarrassment. Therefore, in today’s economic globalization, political multipolarization, multicultural era, how to better protect and inherit the cultural treasures? How to expand martial art teachers? How to improve the professional quality of martial arts teachers? These issues further allows the martial arts teacher training as the domain expert scholars need to solve the problem.In this paper, using the method of literature, questionnaire, expert interview, mathematical statistics and logic analysis and other research methods, Hunan province college teachers training system as the research object, based on the Hunan Province ordinary university martial arts education optimization and development, in the" national medium and long-term educational reform and development program (2010-2020)" under the guidance of Hunan Province, college teachers’current situation undertook investigating an analysis, and through the construction of Martial arts teachers training system, in order to solve the problems in Martial arts education. In this paper, by the construction of the Hunan province college teachers training system including training needs analysis, training target, training mode, training courses, training evaluation. And the construction of training system of the modelled design" the Hunan province university martial arts teacher training practice programme" for reference.The significance of the paper is to actively response to the policy call, carrying out a new round of education reform and the tradition to carry forward our excellent traditional culture, promote Martial arts project sustainable development as the starting point, with a view to strengthening Hunan province college teachers team construction, improve their professional level, build up martial arts teacher training system, for the Hunan province university martial arts teachers to provide professional development platform, strengthen the training effect of college graduates, improve its adaptation to business capacity, and as the other provinces and cities of martial arts teachers team construction to provide a theoretical reference and practical reference.
