In recent years, China’s higher education has achieved rapid development, the scale of higher education has become more and more large, which has led to the prosperity and development of colleges and universities, and has delivered a large number of high-quality talents for the society. The construction of universities cannot be separated from the overall quality of the teachers and the stable development of the whole level. The new teachers in universities are the cornerstone and the important guarantee of the development of the higher education construction, its development level directly affects the teaching quality of institutions of higher learning and scientific research level, so it is very necessary for new teachers in universities to attend the training. For a general lack of normal education, it is very important to organize training for the new teachers in colleges and universities, in order to enhance the new teachers’ professional quality and the teaching skill fully, lay the foundation for their future career and professional development, cultivate a group of young new teachers in colleges that who good at teaching and scientific research, have the higher education field of vision and the spirit of loving one’s career. With the arrival of the era of new media,the rapid development of modern information technology not only change the human life, but also brings new changes for learning. The learning transmission such as microteaching, micro class, public class brings more convenient for learners to learn experience, especially with the popularity of mobile communication technology and the mobile devices, a new learning method- mobile learning has appeared, it breaks the constraints of the study time and place, to realize the possibility of learning in anytime and anywhere according to their own needs, learners’ learning behavior can be more independent and personalized.At present, the main form of induction training for new teachers of universities in our country is still in the traditional classroom teaching mode, the convenience, autonomy and individuality of mobile learning has brought new changes. Based on the popularity of mobile terminal equipment, this study is based on the opportunities and challenges which are brought by mobile learning as a starting point, by using literature research, questionnaire investigation and case analysis. First,arrange the connotation and concept of the new teachers induction training of universities and mobile learning, generalize the adult learning theory and education communication theory for the generalizations; second, make a analysis of the characteristic of the induction training of the new teacher, make a comparison of the new teachers in universities of the traditional orientation and under the new media era of new teachers orientation of universities, a case study of the use of mobile learning in the new teacher training in Shanghai Normal University is put forward; third, take new teachers who participate in the induction training for new teachers in Shanghai as investigation object, designed and distributed the questionnaire “new teachers’ training in colleges in Shanghai mobile learning situation investigation”, collected and analysis the survey data from four dimensions, including the cognitive, use, propensity to use and feedback; finally, proposed the application strategy of mobile learning in the new teacher training in colleges combined with the above analysis and data.Mobile learning applied to new teachers induction training of universities has practical application value, the author puts forward some countermeasures from the training concept, related support, behavior and quality guarantee of the four aspects from the organizers of the training, experts and training teachers: in the aspect of training concept, training organizers, training of experts and the participation of teachers should have innovative consciousness and sensitivity, change the traditional concept of teacher training, to realize the advantages and benefits of mobile learning that applied in orientation of teachers; support is divided into policy support and technical support, policy support includes not only the introduction of the national policy, but also the corresponding management mechanism established by training organizations and universities, and increase the application of mobile learning in the field of education propaganda, technical support need to accelerate the information construction of education technology, construct the specialized network platform and support platform for teacher training; training behavior needs training organizers, training experts and training teachers from their own perspective of the real implementation of the application of mobile learning, familiar with and master the mobile learning and combined with their advantages; quality guarantee need adjust implementation details, judge the quality, solve the problem in time according to the evaluation of training courses and training needs of the new teacher, constantly improve the quality and effect of the new teachers induction training of colleges.
