In the increasingly competitive today,the cultivation of the talent is the key to improve the country's economic strength as soon as possible,and education is the foundation of talent training,the improvement of education level will eventually through the improvement of schools teachers as a guarantee.O f young teachers is all important member of university teachers,young teachers will become our country's higher education career also continue to forward the support strength,the cultivation and development of young teachers is also become urgent problems in colleges and universities,but also become the important problem of higher education will continue to develop.For young teachers to participate in the pre-service training,it is a new teacher to work orientation and basic training,is also an important part of the whole teacher career.Through the new teachers' pre-service training,can improve the overall level of teachers' specialization,to build a team of professional,high-quality teachers is of great significance.So,whether in theory or in practice,new teachers' pre-service training in colleges and universities has its existence value.Through research on relevant literature at home and abroad,on the basis of comprehensive research results,the "pre-service training" and the concept of "new" pre-service training of teachers to do the related definitions,and analyses the characteristics of new teachers' pre-service training in colleges and universities in Xinjiang and the necessity.Through to the Xinjiang normal university in 2016 held the third phase of the university teachers' pre-service training of track and field observation,questionnaire survey,collect the relevant data and information.Through the questionnaire analysis and combined with the sending of the participant interviews,found the problems existing in the new teachers' pre-service training in colleges and universities in Xinjiang.Mainly from the training content,training courses,training aim,training,training funds,in the form of training effectiveness from several aspects to consider the problems concerning the new teachers' pre-service training colleges and universities in Xinjiang.Draw lessons from the pre-job training of young teachers in colleges and universities and Jiangxi colleges and universities in the United States of experience.Finally,Suggestions to improve the new teachers' pre-service training in colleges and universities in Xinjiang,starting from the training center managers,organizers should play the role of supervision,adjusting the content of the pre-service training,increase the elective courses,improvement of pre-service training,assessment for the development of diversity training,strengthen the pre-service training,and effective combination of evaluation index,establishing incentive and punitive measures to guarantee the improvement of the overall level of new university teachers in xinjiang,the article summarize the last hope for the future orientation of colleges and unive rsities in xinjiang with a little help from their teachers' pre-service training work.
