Teachers pay so much attention to the score, affecting the motivation of the students, and they ignore the motivation of the students. The quality of training is poor, affecting the study quality. At last, English language learning environment is relatively poor. Based on this situation, the study suggests taking some measures in area of parents, society, families, schools and students. The measures can enhance the quality of English teaching in rural primary schools of Hunan Province. Parents should pay attention to the study of children, improving the English level themselves. The society ought to pay more attention to the study environment. Families offer necessary help to children. Schools focus on the training of the teachers.
