College students’employment is the key of the army group, they, with high quality, has the vigor, has the potential to, is the main force of the social development. But that China has a large population base, at the same time by state employment policy and education system of college students and influence, the university education, the elite education to mass education, employment communication by collecting into a two-way choice, impact on the college students’employment. In addition to the students themselves by family factors, employment concept, ability quality and regional economic development is not balanced the influence of factors, the employment situation is more and more serious.College students can be successfully, high quality of employment, not only is to realize the value of their own personal problems, also is the important content of constructing the harmonious society. As safeguarding and realizing the social and public interests of organization, the more attention should be paid to the problem of university students’employment. As the implementation of the national policy of local government, should adjust measures to local conditions, provide various services for college students’ employment. This article takes the provincial government of Inner Mongolia autonomous region, employment status of college students particularity as an example, related theory as the guide, take theory and empirical combination of methods, deeply analyzes the college students’(especially minority students) the main problems of the difficult obtain employment, the causes and the government in solving the problem of factors, from the domestic and foreign government in promoting employment, based on the experience of further puts forward improving the local government in promoting the employment choice of path, expect that can provide some experience for reference.The article is divided into six parts:The first part is introduction, this paper mainly discusses the purpose, significance, and introduces the ideas and methods.The second part of the related concepts and the article introduced the theory basis, the domestic research review and comments on China’s employment policy review.The third part explain the government promotes graduate employment, and the importance of the current college students’ employment situation analysis. The fourth film in Inner Mongolia autonomous region of the employment of college graduates and the existing particularity as the example, this paper introduces the achievements of the local employment policy, at the same time, the local government in promoting college students’employment the problems and the constraints on the analysis.The fifth part introduces the local government to promote college students’ employment experience for reference.The sixth part based on the national conditions, combining the cause of the front and constraints, it is proposed that local government is especially provincial government to promote college students’employment route choice.
