Life education as an emerging discipline, aimed at promoting the culture of life awareness and exploration of the value of life, due to its unique educational philosophy and meaning more and more the concern of educators. In this paper, the Life Education carried out a detailed and preliminary exploration for the contents of the system and implement ways of Life Education. Can be divided into four sections: The first part is the introduction of this article topics and research significance and innovation. The second part is to build the basis of the Life Education Content System, including articles, Ⅲ and Ⅳ. Respectively, from the theoretical basis of the system to build bases and research advances in three aspects to setting up the brackets and the basis for the construction of the Life Education Content System. The third part of the Life Education Content System build, which is the fifth chapter. Mainly discusses the system’s two goals and three stages, and is described in detail the life-awareness training, value of life and meaning to explore the quality of life to enhance these three stages, the specific content of their relationship. The fourth part is to elaborate on the implementation of the pathway of Life Education, is the sixth chapter. The main form of life education curriculum, teaching and evaluation, the four aspects of the upgrading of teachers’ life literacy and life of the campus environment are discussed in detail the means of implementation of the Life Education.
