Come nearly10years, with the continuous expansion of college students, the number of college students rises quickly, at the same time, in the construction of harmonious society under the leadership of the state of the vulnerable groups, love and justice, more and more disabled students entered the University, get the opportunity to study, in College, their way of life also changed accordingly, during the University, they learn the course by the number of high school a few doors into Xiuman dozens of doors, and also includes many practice, are rich and colorful extracurricular life and so on, but their physical condition, can undertake complex university life? Physical education, is an important part of human life, nurturing, disabled college students by physical exercise to improve physical and mental health and personality development, as far as possible to meet the needs of university study and life. Moreover, these disabled students will enter into the society, becomes the social big family, to participate in physical exercise is the disabled students move towards the society still can maintain the health of one of the effective means. Hubei Province universities, how to guide Hubei University of disabled students to participate in physical exercise, enabling them to maintain a healthy body and mind?Based on the sports science, education, medicine, psychology, sociology and other subjects as the basis of research, using the methods of literature, interviews, questionnaire survey, mathematical statistics, logic analysis and other methods, selecting8representative universities as the research object, respectively, for Hubei college students with disabilities the basic situation and the Hubei disabled students to participate in the basic situation of physical exercises were investigated, mainly from the following aspects:survey in Hubei disabled students scale and the development trend of students with disabilities disabled disabled level; type; Hubei university students with disabilities to participate in physical exercise attitude; Hubei college students with disabilities to participate in physical exercise like degree; encourage students to participate in physical exercise factors; disabled students to participate in physical exercise; Hubei university sports health course; Hubei disabled students in College PE Achievement Evaluation; teacher to disabled students with class teaching difficulty factor; Hubei college students with disabilities physical exercise participation rate; the disabled students in Hubei sports exercise; effects of disabled students Participation in physical exercise factors.The results show that:in recent years, every year more than300students with disabilities in Institutions of higher learning in Hubei Province, Hubei Province Higher Education of the disabled students in dispersed form distribution in most colleges and universities, students disabled reason basically is suffering from a disease or physically disabled, their disabled level is a light level, disability types mainly includes the sequelae of infantile paralysis, spinal deformity, rheumatoid, cerebral palsy, limb deformity, joint abnormalities and heart disease. Disabled students to participate in physical exercise attitude results:feel the need of exercise participation accounted for75%, feel not essential to occupy19.2%, do not require physical exercise for5.8%; sports like the results:17.3%of the disabled students usually like to participate in physical exercise, like to participate in physical exercise number ratio in19.2%, the general accounting for26.9%, not too likes accounted for30.8%, so don’t like accounted for5.8%; sports like the results:17.3%of the disabled students usually like to participate in physical exercise, like to participate in physical exercise in proportion to the number of19.2%, representing26.9%of general, not too likes accounted for30.8%, it doesn’t like accounted for5.8%; encourage students to participate in physical exercise factors results:he like sports of handicapped students in the proportion accounted for75%, accounted for13.5%of the impact of school, family influence accounted for5.8%, the social influence accounted for3.8%, otherl.9%; colleges and universities in Hubei Province Disabled students to participate in physical exercise to the ranking results followed by:for rehabilitation, enhanced physique, cope with physical examination, learn sports skills, master the methods for exercise, social interaction, as Leisure entertainment, for the prevention of disease, to gain self-esteem and self-confidence, to improve the efficiency of learning; Hubei university sports health care course in general colleges and universities is:the basic set up the course of physical health care, and the independent colleges and higher vocational schools are not offering the course of physical health care; Hubei college teachers on the disabled students PE achievement evaluation results:from sports accounted for45%, according to the actual situation to reduce examination standard for10%, with the general exam as accounted for3.3%, other41.7%; along with the class teachers to disabled students teaching difficulty factors ranking results are:lack of ability, the school sports equipment and places lack, safe hidden trouble, students with disabilities physical defects other, disabled students, psychological barrier; disabled students to participate in physical exercise frequency results:often take part in physical exercise of students with disabilities accounted for17.3%, did not form good habit of physical exercise for48.1%, no physical exercise habits accounted for34.6%; disabled students choose sports exercise survey ranked results are:walking running, table tennis, other, badminton, sports health care, physical training, Rhythmic Gymnastics Broadcast gymnastics, martial arts, Tai Chi Dance, foot basket volleyball; effects of disabled students to participate in physical exercise factors ranking results are:not suitable for disabled equipment and places, for fear of revealing his physiological defects, afraid of being laughed at, action inconvenience, fear, fear of physical injuries, no interest, no professional guidance, not suitable for categories of disability sports activities, no time, lack of exercise partner, the lack of specialized books refer to.This research according to the results of the survey, through theoretical analysis, inquired into the boot disabled students to participate in physical exercise way, summed up the Hubei University participates of handicapped students in physical training problems, and put forward the disabled students to participate in physical exercise development strategy:the university takes seriously disabled students’health status, the implementation of the physical education for students with disabilities; vigorously promote its participation in physical exercise important role for students with disabilities; improve sports equipment, equipment and places; in line with the development of disabled students’sports project; for disabled students to create a good sports environment; strengthen the disabled students in college sports teaching force construction; scientific guidance, individualized education, lifelong sports concept.
